I was not looking for Reiki, but it found me when I won a Reiki session in 2009!

The session itself was amazing and like nothing I had experienced before; lots of colours and dream-like sequences which I could not recall fully afterwards. I was left feeling very rested and at ease.

I had further sessions, and each was different, sometimes I could see visions or colours, and feel energy moving, other times there was nothing at all, but each session left me feeling rested and balanced.

Reiki helped to give me the space, peace and perspective I needed to help me through a challenging period in my life and to make necessary changes.  I was so inspired that I signed up for Level 1 Reiki in 2012.  A year later I followed up with Reiki 2 (practitioner level) and completed my Reiki Master Teacher training in 2023.

In 2024, I became a Rahanni Celestial Healing practitioner and have been amazed at how this healing modality works, as well as how it has helped clients.  Rahanni is a different energy healing modality to Reiki, and one that has helped me to become more open and loving.  The energy of Rahanni is more intense than that of Reiki and therefore the sessions are shorter, but just as effective.

I also provide Reiki to women experiencing challenges via a local charity.
